The official start date for summer is still a few weeks away, but for many of you it's already begun. School is about over and kids camps will soon be up and running. Every year around this time I hear a lot of "I need to be bikini ready in four weeks" which, first of all, is a very general goal to set. Doing as much cardio as you can tolerate and following a restrictive diet will likely result in increased stress and failure. Set specific and reasonable targets and you'll gain confidence and motivation to continue past the summer months so that next year there will be no panicked push for instant results. Instead you’ll be maintaining the results and enthusiasm you've held all year. Keep in mind, true success is not about the results you get, it’s about the results you keep!
