Stop Talking and Start Progressing

If you're talking during your set it is impossible to focus on your muscles contracting, pay attention to what your body is telling you, or to challenge yourself to the extent that's required to progress. Slinging weights around is NOT ENOUGH! If time is the biggest barrier to why you can't exercise as much as you'd like don't waste it when you are.
