Professionals Never Make Assumptions

For many personal trainers it comes down to memorizing exercises and associating them with a soundbite that states its purpose. It is then applied across the board for everyone regardless of who they are or what they bring to the table. In other words, they were told "do this for that" and never questioned the "why" or asked "for who." That is not only unprofessional, but very dangerous for the client.
