If Time Is Your Biggest Barrier, Stop Wasting It

I love this one! More time is not the issue. How you spend the time you have is. If you're spending large amounts of time on stretching, foam rolling, talking, resting, counting, or traditional cardio then you're wasting it.

It's quite amazing how often a new client who's been exercising for years has never experienced what using their muscles actually feels like. It also quickly becomes apparent that talking and counting becomes an impossibility and the itch to stretch and smash stuff with a roller seems to often go away. Hmmm maybe it's your workouts that created that" itch" in the first place???
