We often get asked if we provide exercise programs and to many people's surprise we say no. You can find programs anywhere. Google and magazines provide plenty, but none of them consider YOU. They are nothing more than a list of exercises and predetermined numbers. Often it's a program the author tried. Heck many times they even list the weight you should use as if it's universal. We teach people how to exercise so that they can make appropriate decisions in the gym and not feel lost and defeated when they can't conform to the program they are trying to follow. Forcing exercises you're not built for and sacrificing integrity for a particular weight and number of reps is primarily why people burn out and fail to reach their desired result.
