On average someone burns one pound of body fat during a marathon. Why not run one everyday then? Obviously, most understand that would be an unsustainable endeavor from a physical and mental standpoint. Why mention it then? Because for most people so is every orthopedically disregarded, "go hard go home", burpee until you're sick, flip a monster truck tire, and jump over and over on a box approach to exercise that's offered out there.
