When someone loses weight on a diet they often become advocates for its effectiveness and encourage everyone to follow it. Interestingly enough the common theme between nearly all diets, whether it be paleo, vegetarian, mediterranean, raw, etc. is that they all seem to lead to an increase consumption of fruits & vegetables and a decrease in ultra-processed foods. Go figure that eating more nutrient and fiber rich foods leads to a better body and more energy. We've known this for a long time, but for some reason it needs to be packaged as a diet plan. Any improvement in your current habits will lead to positive changes. The challenge has always been finding a system that works for YOUR particular daily schedule and that's sustainable.
