When someone loses weight on a diet they often become advocates for its effectiveness and encourage everyone to follow it. Interestingly enough the common theme between nearly all diets, whether it be paleo, vegetarian, mediterranean, raw, etc. is that they all seem to lead to an increase consumption of fruits & vegetables and a decrease in ultra-processed foods.
