Beware! "Fitness" Marketing will Prey on your Emotions

"Do you feel sluggish, foggy, tired, fatigued, stressed, bloated, crave junk food?"

"Try our 'science based' product/supplement (fill in the blank) to cleanse your body of harmful toxins and revitalize your health"

It's likely you've heard this before. It appeals to everyone. We all can relate to feeling this way more than we would like to, but if we continue to fall for these same marketing ploys they will continue to prey on the emotions of the public. Supplements can certainly have a place in health, but they are not the cure to your lack of energy or depression. There are far too many factors for why you feel crappy to expect an overly priced powder to fix it. While many claims are usually embellished others are blatantly false.
